Sleep plays a
very vital role in our life, it is essential to our health and total
well-being. Getting enough sleep help improves our health in its all aspects;
including mental and physical health is a good health tips to follow. A minimum of 6 hours and a maximum of 8
hours are the suggestive length of sleeping time for every person. Our body
needs to rest so that it can restore all the energy that has been exerted. With
proper sleep, our body can continue moving that therefore help us in
maintaining a very productive life.
Sleep is an
essential basic need that we should not be deprived of because without it, our
body will not function very well.
From birth to adulthood, it is proven that
sleeping is an important factor for our growth and development. An infant needs
more sleep to improve their developing brain so that they can grow up mentally
healthy. They need enough sleep so that their brain will develop in the right
time that therefore leads to their holistic and systematic development. A
child's development depends on their food and quality of sleep.
