Recent disease outbreaks across the world - Best Health Advice on H5N1 avian influenza

If you are going to spend your vocations in countries with detailed outbreaks of H5N1 avian influenza
bird flu in the middle of poultry, you should monitor the following precautions:

• Do not holiday or even have a visit to any bird or poultry farms or public markets which sell them.
• Keep away from poultry and try to avoid close contact with birds / chicks live or lifeless poultry
• Do not eat uncooked or half or poorly cooked chicken or poultry
• Do not consume raw or poorly-cooked poultry products, including blood
• clean your hands regularly with antibacterial soap and clean water.

If you had a contact with live or lifeless poultry in an affected country be conscious of the indications of bird flu in human beings. They are similarly like ordinary flu symptoms and can come out suddenly.

They may consist of: a fever (of temperature - 38°C or even more) , cold & cough, sore eyes, dumpiness of breath, headache, muscle aches and sore throat.

If you have such indications at the same time as your in out of the country or in same country and have been in close up contact with such poultry you should try to find health check guidance nearby.
