Arthritis is very common disease but minor changes in lifestyle can help us to beware of this chronic disease, it can steal so many things , health , future, mind, personality and more over life savings too and can create a feeling of helpless in this world. Now-a-days arthritis is an extremely common illness and it attacks a person by inflammation in joints. This disease is mainly of two types’ rheumatoid and osteoarthritis arthritis While there are many types of arthritis and they all cause pain, stiffness, and swelling in the joints. People with arthritis may have trouble in doing their daily work like bending over to tie shoes. The joints get so stiff and achy that even pressing a button seems an impossible work for that person. Relief is as close as your kitchen. Research suggests us foods, like onion, garlic etc which contain sulfur compounds, and help in body repair damaged tissue. Some other way of prevention can be done by taking plenty of vitamin C by eating a variety of fruit and vegetables, including citrus fruits, broccoli, and peppers. These simple changes in food can make life a lot more comfortable for arthritis patients.
