Foods That Arthritis Should Avoid
If someone suffers from arthritis then the main remedy for prevent this disease is altering your diet and one should avoid those foods which harm the sufferer very much. One can see tremendous improvement in his diseased body after altering diet. Things which should be avoided first and the most important is thing which should be avoided is caffeine for that skip the morning tea ,and noon chocolate which help in increasing joint swelling and inflammation and also it increases mineral loss in healthy bones. so coffee and chocolate should be avoided then soft drinks, energy drinks. don’t go for the drinks which have excessive caffeine level, pain medications such as Excedrin and Anacin can contain caffeine, so check the ingredients before using the medicine or anything to eat or drink. Side effects of taking too much caffeine also can occur like Insomnia, heart palpitations and tremors. Citrus Fruits which, according to doctors are good for arthritis sufferer but too much of taking this can also make acidity that may aggravate arthritis symptoms .these fruits should be added in the patient’s food like apples, peaches and pears but highly acidic fruits such as cranberries and plums, occasionally one can take these type of fruits. But don’t overdo it.
