When I first think of aerobics, I think it's not for me. I am a female, but male have always figured it was a girly excersize. But as I do some research I find that it may be something good for both sexes. Aerobics which actually means "with oxygen", turns into an adjective when used with the word excersize. I know as a human, oxygen is one the key points of survival. Without it, we can not survive. I know we would all like to breathe a little easier. Aerobic excersize may not be just for the female. We all need to be healthy.
Aerobics can be fun and healthy at the same time. It combines rhythmic exercise with stretching and strength training, to help keep illness low. Usually done while listening to music, aerobics is almost like a dance. Everyone knows how fun it is to dance. While doing this sort of dance, aerobics helps with flexibility, the strength of muscles, and really does help you breathe a little better. Why isn't everybody doing aerobics, it's fun at the same time being good for you.
