Summer care

Summer is the season where people tend to loose their weight, skin complexion, strength, etc. its one of the dangerous season which makes many harms to people mind and body due to rays of sun

Do’s : 1. Drink plenty of water
2. Apply skin care ointments
3. Use sun glasses to avoid direct sunlight to your eyes
4. Spend time in places surrounded by water and trees
5. Consume lots of fresh juices, cool healthy drinks, curd, butter milk, lessies etc

Don’t : 1. Avoid walking in sun at peak noon hours
2. Don’t expose skin to sun light
3. Don’t drink alcohol, avoid it or drink it with plenty of water along with it
4. Don’t hot drinks in empty stomach
5. Don’t make your body sweat for long time
