CAUSE FOR STRESS AND MEASURES TO OVER COME STRESS?

Stress in human happens normally we tend to respond or react to a situation. It may be a physical action, long time thinking, and unnecessary tension and emotionally upset or etc. It may occur due to many reasons. As a human it’s very common to undergo stress and we should be ready to face any kind of situation. When the situation cannot be handled, then the stress becomes your BOSS. It leads to DEPRESSION and when depression rules we normally tend to get addicted to harmful ideas like tobacco, smoke, alcohol, drugs etc.

MENTAL STRESS AFFECTS: Getting frustrated, always confused, deep thinking, taking poor decisions, low confidence level, feeling restless, poor judgment, unwanted irritation, lack of interest, lack of potential, lack of understandability, negative hopes, increased blood pressure, constant headache, loneliness, mentally harassed, lack of sleep, poor memory etc

PHYSICAL STRESS AFFECTS:

Muscle pain, muscle tension, severe weight gain or weight loss, stroke, ulcers, diarrhea, sweating in unnecessary conditions even when not physically active, pain in back, pain in stomach, pain in chest, pain in shoulders, constipation, rapid heartbeat etc

So when you face such situation try to approach in a positive manner rather negative.



POSITIVE APPROACH TO OVERCOME STRESS, some ideas are

Think out of box, Ask for help, Divert your concentration, Focus on other things, Change your look, Exercise to divert, Invest time in your interested activity, Spend time in laughter, change the environment.

So it’s always better to keep your body under your control rather your mind should not ruin/control you.
