HEALTHY TIPS FOR FEMALE PROFESSIONAL

1. Do simple exercise/yoga to maintain your fitness (try staying hydrated if you exercise more).
2. As you have to go out and have food in unusual times so floss your teeth every day.
3. Expose yourself to sunshine as it involves in produce vitamin D and absorb calcium.
4. Follow minimum varied diet, at least some fruits and vegetables should be your target.
5. Make sure your meal includes good protein sources like lean meats, poultry, seafood, dairy, and beans are great to have. Make sure that you always have nutritious food.
6. Don’t strain yourself much into stretching your body; it may lead to some physical and mental problems as well.
7. Save yourself from stress by having a spicy chat with colleagues or at least a cup of tea with them for fresh mind setup.
8. You should undergo medical treatment often to ensure that your body is normal under several factors.
9. Always use some special care for your eye so that it remains always normal without any irritation.
10.You should have at least 6-8 hours of sleep every day.
