  1. Do exercise regularly
  2. Drink minimum 4 liters of water
  3. Don’t smoke and avoid alcohol
  4. Cut highly fat involved food as your job is to sit and work most of the times rather than straining your body (or else it leads to add on weights to your body).
  5. Take at least 20 minutes break in every 3 hour.
  6. Don’t sit in one position (especially in front of the computer) for more than an hour.
  7. Eat more food that contains proteins, minerals and carbohydrates.
  8. Reduce your mental stress by attending parties.
  9. Protect yourself from pollution by covering your skin (as you require travelling).
  10. Should have at least 8 hours of sleep everyday without any disturbance
