Five important tips for good health

Make it a daily challenge to find different ways to move your body, don’t try to sit in a particular place for more than 60 minutes, try to avoid eating oily foods especially fried ones, avoid eating too much of salt, always prefer to eat boiled foods, salads, fruits which contain less amount of fats, try doing daily basic exercise at least for 15min a day. Drink almost 2 litres of water daily, try to take at least 6 hours of sleep.
